No refunds will be accepted. Exchanges and correction requests will be considered as long as the request is submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for return/exchange shipping fees. Please be aware there is a 15% restocking fee for exchanged units NO EXCEPTIONS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, lace in tact and in original packaging. Please take photos of the issue if necessary. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first sending a return request will not be accepted.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped, you will be assessed a cancelation fee of 15% before credit is issued. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processer and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During the process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

Wig bases, hairpieces or special colors must be ordered from the manufacturers and this processing time may be 5-7 business days. If the customer cancels the order during this period, an order cancellation charge of 15%-50% will be applied depending on the value of the product.
Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect Beauty & Braids absorbs the full cost of the items in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 15%-50% cancellation fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We carefully pack every order, so damaged products are incredibly rare and unlikely to happen to you. In the unlikely event that a shipper damages your products during transit, please contact your carrier to open a claim.
If you refuse your package from the carrier or if the package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as wigs), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or informational items(books/manuals).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- ODOR FREE (ANY ODORS ON THE PRODUCT WILL RENDER THE PRODUCT NOT APPROVED)
- IF THE PRODUCT(S) HAVE BEEN ALTERED, WORN, DAMAGED, OR TAGS/PACKAGING TAMPERED WITH, PRODUCTS WILL BE INELIGIBLE.
